S23 is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), increases muscle mass, reduces fat mass and has a very high binding affinity for androgen receptors. It is non-steroid and has selective anabolic effects of tissue on muscle and bone, while sparing other androgenic effects that come from anabolic androgenic steroids (ASA). It has also been shown effective in decreasing prostate size in studies, which is the opposite of a very common negative side effect of anabolic steroids.

Side effects
The main side effect of using S-23 is the suppression of the natural production of testosterone. This is what gives you potential as a male contraceptive, and also makes it very different from other SARMS. Although ostarine, andarine (s4) and ligandrol may cause a slight shutdown, the S-23 is extremely suppressive. Consequently, this will be an important factor in the decision to use this MRSA or opt for the more generalized choices.
Administration
Suggested dosage of S-23 range between 10 – 50 mg per day, for 5-8 weeks
